Professional Boxing and Circuit Drills
This very popular and fun class (90 minutes) is designed to work the veterans and allow new participants to get involved. This class consists of an eclectic mix of high energy music, boxing fundamentals and fitness. |

Spin Classes
Multi level cycle fitness workout.Set your own pace or challenge your inner energy and work to the edge. Excellent calorie burner and conditioning class.
Taste of RIP
Group weight training and anaerobic interval class. Opportunity to learn how to work with weights properly. strengthen and define muscle while burning calories. High intensity workout. Nice mix for all levels. Use of body weight bars.
Yoga Fusion/Power
Ideal for those that are familiar with basic yoga moves but looking for more. A combination of yoga moves with balance and strength. Power yoga energizes the body and focus the mind. Using a series of posture that flow together while challenging the balance, strength, flexibility. Meditation/relaxation helps develop a balance of body and mind.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga a sequence of postures that flow and balance the body and mind. Hold the poses and focusing on the breath to reduce muscle tension and stress.
Abdominal / Core
A serious of pilates and core strengthening moves. Strengthen, lengthen and tone. Suitable for all fitness levels. Improve posture, back and core strength. Use of Ball and mats.
Cardio Pump
High energy cardio class using small hand weights. This is a very demanding class which uses a variety of cardio and conditioning techniques to increase cardio fitness, muscle strength, and endurance. Use of weights.
Step Aerobics
Intermediate level step class. Combinations that are challenging yet easy to follow and fun.

"3 different workouts in an hour and a half may sound a little crazy to you, but if you want results that is the way to go. I enjoy Psycho Saturdays at Fuel Fitness because I get to engage in different workouts that challenge my body in a different ways. Psycho Saturdays allows me to experience something different once a month, not only do I get to workout with great trainers but they help me to work my hardest. A cardio workout doesn’t mean running for an hour on a stationary machine. Weight training doesn’t mean lifting weights that are way too heavy for you. During Psycho Saturdays I get to workout in a group and what great motivation is that, seeing all kinds of people giving it their all, allowing me to give it my all as well.
The trainers at Fuel Fitness are amazing, They give one the knowledge on how the body works allowing me to increase the intensity it put into my workouts. Whether it's a core workout or boxing yuu can feel that you had a great workout the next day.
Sharon and Barney take you to the next level with anaerobic and strength training, this beats running on the treadmill for an hour. You’re working several muscle groups at the same time allowing you to burn more calories.
Don’t let a little group effort scare you away, you get to work at pace and your ability and at the end of the workout you fell great and before you know it you will look even hotter in a bikini."

Fuel is like my second home. The best times for me are usually around lunch and since there's cycle at 12 on both Tuesdays and Thursdays, I can participate when I come in. The group training sessions are amazing....every workout is different, pushing me to my max and keeps me motivated. I also bring my sons in so we can workout as a family which is easier and convenient for me (and keeps the whole family healthy). Fuel fitness is right for me because of the friendly atmosphere & the personalized feel to the classes. Instructors and personal trainers pay attention to you. Everything about fuel is very accommodating.

Fuel Fitness is my family and instructors are the best in Ontario. There is no classes like in Fuel! Every Sharon's class is hard like boot camp. I have been a member with fuel since they first opened, back in 2002. Over the years I had the opportunity to try the variety of classes fuel has to offer, including spin, boxing, taekwondo, yoga and of course Sharon’s wicked aerobic classes.
I have also had the opportunity to do some personal training with Barney and Sharon. Although the classes alone are challenging, personal training takes your body and fitness abilities to the next level. Through the intense personal training programs and Sharon’s constant support and push, personal training has helped me increase my power and speed through plyometrics training, increase my strength through weight training and help me lose 40 pounds from each of my two pregnancies.
fuel has not only helped me achieve my fitness goals but it’s also a place where I have been able to release stress, be surrounded by positive energy and have lots fun. Oh and let’s not forgot it’s also where I met my amazing husband. Thanks for everything Fuel!
