I have been a member with fuel since they first opened, back in 2002. Over the years I had the opportunity to try the variety of classes fuel has to offer, including spin, boxing, taekwondo, yoga and of course Sharon’s wicked aerobic classes.
I have also had the opportunity to do some personal training with Barney and Sharon. Although the classes alone are challenging, personal training takes your body and fitness abilities to the next level. Through the intense personal training programs and Sharon’s constant support and push, personal training has helped me increase my power and speed through plyometrics training, increase my strength through weight training and help me lose 40 pounds from each of my two pregnancies.
fuel has not only helped me achieve my fitness goals but it’s also a place where I have been able to release stress, be surrounded by positive energy and have lots fun. Oh and let’s not forgot it’s also where I met my amazing husband.

Sharon is a highly qualified Certified Personal Trainer, certified nutrition and wellness specialist and a certified fitness consultant. Sharon is also a registered practical nurse, certified spinning instructor, certified aerobics instructor, and more!
Barney
Barney is a Certified Personal Trainer and one of fuel's top notch spinning instructors. He has become known as 'Spin Master B' - His energy, sense of humour and drive makes his classes fun and his group training challenging.
Jessica Boss
The newest member of our training team, Jessica is a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist. Jessica firmly believes that anyone can realize the goal of a healthy and active lifestyle and Jessica has the knowledge & experience to motivate her clients to achieve this.
Marisa Wilson
Marisa is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and soon to be a Certified Kickboxing Instructor. In Marisa's own words, "I truly enjoy helping people achieve their goals, and realize they had the strength within themselves the whole time, I just help them discover it.
Marsha Sookhoo
With over 18 years of combined dance and Zumba experience, Marsha loves to teach. Marsha promises anyone of any ability can join her class and will have fun, get fit, burn calories and enjoy the hottest music to move your groove - you won't be able to stop!
