Abdominal Core Pilates Class

Give your abdominals an extra push with our core-strengthening series of hour-long pilates lessons with Marc or Sharon. A moderate aerobic workout done regularly will burn the fat off flabby bellies, but when complemented with regular core-conditioning exercises, you can expect to have a flatter stomach and a stronger core while providing an intense workout for the other parts of the body. If you are just starting to realize the benefits of exercising regularly or have been training for athletic competitions since the age of five, or if you are somewhere in between these extremes, our core-strengthening workout is suitable for you. Strengthen your abs, pelvic, and back at the same time lengthen and tone your muscles for a leaner, suppler, more flexible you.
