Flat Belly Class

A slim yet well-defined belly is what everybody wants to boast of, but not everybody wants to work hard enough for this. With Marc’s Wednesday flat belly classes, we put the fun back in exercising so that you can shape your abs into the way you want them to be without thinking how tiresome the exercises are. You won’t be subjected to the same old grueling routine because new workouts are created every week.
Expect cardio with circuit training, boxing with calisthenics, or Marc may just take you outside to run up and down a hill before doing push-ups on the incline. You may be asked to hang from a tree branch or push your car around the block. Whatever it is that we cook up, expect it to be different, creative, and totally focused on flattening those abdominals.
